Jakarta, [07/06/2024] – Prabowo Subianto, the Chairman of the Gerindra Party and President-elect of Indonesia, has provided a recommendation letter to the East Java Governor candidate, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, and the Vice Governor candidate, Emil Dardak, for the upcoming 2024 Governor Election.
During the event, Prabowo expressed Gerindra Party’s commitment to fully support the Khofifah-Emil pair in the East Java gubernatorial race. He praised their accomplishments in improving the welfare of the people in East Java and emphasized the need for their leadership to accelerate the province’s development.
Prabowo also mentioned that all Gerindra Party members will be mobilized to ensure the victory of Khofifah-Emil in the election. He stated, “Gerindra will deploy all its cadres to win for Khofifah-Emil.”
Khofifah and Emil, who currently hold positions as the Governor and Vice Governor of East Java, have a strong track record of leadership in the province. Their achievements in various sectors, such as economics and social welfare, have had a positive impact on the residents of East Java.
With the full backing of the Gerindra Party, it is anticipated that the Khofifah-Emil duo will continue their development initiatives and drive East Java towards further progress.
