Today, the presence of computers, the internet, and artificial intelligence (AI) has greatly simplified our lives, although it also poses challenges in preparing Indonesia’s workforce to adapt and coexist with AI.
The rapid development of AI has brought about a transformation in the skillsets required across various industries, necessitating a quick upskilling of the workforce. Failure to adapt to these changes may result in a significant increase in unemployment, something that Indonesia aims to avoid.
