Dirgayuza Setiawan, the son of the late Dr. Boyke Setiawan, recently shared a proposal dated back to 1988, co-written by Prabowo and his father, stored in Dr. Boyke’s personal archives. The proposal was submitted to the Minister of Defense and Security and the president at that time.
In the proposal, Prabowo and his team expressed a sense of responsibility towards nation-building and post-independence development in Indonesia. They emphasized the importance of education, particularly in the fields of science and technology, to harness the nation’s resources and talents for the country’s future advancement.

Dirgayuza also revealed that the initials “PS” and “BS” in the document referred to Prabowo Subianto and Boyke Setiawan, respectively. Dirgayuza, known for editing Prabowo’s books, comes from a family with a deep connection to Prabowo, as his late father, Dr. Boyke Setiawan, served as a trusted advisor to Prabowo and played a significant role in his businesses.
The proposal’s contents, including sketches of the school, the foreword, and a timeline for development, shed light on Prabowo’s vision for education and nation-building through SMA Taruna Nusantara.
